What is instrumentation and control?
The instrumentation and Control of industrial processes is an engineering field in which the integration of technologies focuses on the optimization of processes that the productive sector requires. To achieve its objective, the instrumentation and control of industrial processes is supported in branches of engineering such as process automation, Control systems, telemetry and process security.

Objective of the instrumentation and control
To develop the knowledge, skills to select and adequately specify the characteristics of an instrument for the measurement of any variable of an industrial process. To select and apply the different measuring instruments in systems of monitoring and control of physical variables of industrial processes.
